So, what does it mean, you ask? It’s simple. If you should you have a concern with the housecleaning service you have received, we will work with you to make it right.
Here’s the process:
Call us at (800)987-3691 within 24 hours of your cleaning and provide us with details of what was not cleaned to your expectations.
We will schedule a re-cleaning appointment with your service provider at no cost to you at the earliest possible time within day or two. Our team will return to your home and address the areas of concern.
After the re-cleaning, if you still have a reasonable concern regarding the service we will meet with you in your home to review your issues. If we are unable to address your concerns we will credit you any amount according to the information listed under our payment policy page, titled refund policy. Our goal is to exceed your expectations – the first time around!
