Release of liability
Release of Liability
After several years of working with many experts in the cleaning industry we have identified a few areas of concern that you will need to pay extra attention to. On the day you first receive a written quote and meet our staff, we will carefully document and take pictures of any surfaces or items that are either damaged or show a high level of wear and tear. The reason we take pictures is so that any damage that already exists, can easily be separated and identified from any possible damage our staff may cause.
Here is a brief summary of what surface repairs we will not be held liable for and by using our service you are releasing our liability from any alleged repair fees for these things. If the area or surface is not listed here, we will be certain to note it on a master file we have for every client and will notify you about it BEFORE any services are provided. In no particular order we will not be held liable for any of these items:
-
Power surge damage to ANY household electronics caused by using a vacuum cleaner.
-
Replacing any light fixtures that may fall with regular dusting
-
Repairing and loose items such as furniture, door knobs, toilet seats, light bulbs, electronics, etc. Check your home owner's warranty or notify the landlord if it's a rental.
-
Dishwasher that may stop working with regular use. Check your warranty.
-
Washer/Dryer that may break while staff is proving service. Check your warranty.

-

-
Minor surface scratches that appear on any glass or mirror surfaces even when proper cleaning procedures are followed.

Stains that appear as a result of regular wear and tear on tile walls, tubs, and counters.
-
Surface grease removal from kitchen cabinets made of natural wood. Removing the grease may actually also remove the surface varnish.
It is of vital importance for our staff to clean your home as they would their own. With that in mind, if our staff happens to damage or break something during the cleaning service, we will notify you as soon as possible. If you are home, they will show you what happened. If you are away from home, we will message you with a picture of the breakage right away. As a reminder, we will reimburse the fair market value of the item as soon as we are notified of the amount. If you have a PayPal account it will be sent the same day we are updated with the cost. If you do not have a PayPal account, we will send a check via the USPS.
If you have a doubt or a question, please be sure to ask us on the day we provide you with a quote or call us at (805)914-4520.
