Service Reservation

 

Due to a number of recent challenges we've faced, we have elected to further streamline our payment processing procedures . This is necessary to accommodate our shortened staff and other resources to properly operate and execute day to day business functions. Effective January 1st 2021, these are the new steps to pay for regular residential cleaning services, both regular recurring and infrequent or once only service. Although service fees are based on the most recent service provided to you or other similar sized jobs, the final fee may vary slightly. If that's the case, we will refund the difference within 24 hours of being notified, or request the balance in a separate invoice. 

 

Please select one of the three options so that we can better accommodate your service request:

1. PAYPAL:  Service needs to be prepaid through PayPal at least 24 hours before the scheduled day of service. If you elect this option, please select the agreed upon amount from the drop-down menu above and follow the steps to complete the transaction. If the amount is not listed, we will provide you with a link to a custom webpage with the invoice and the exact amount. As an approved and verified PayPal business merchant, we now offer an easier than ever payment solution. Just select the correct amount due for services.

 

You will be taken to PayPal's securely encrypted payment portal to complete your transaction. NO PAYPAL ACCOUNT IS NECESSARY and feel free to contact us for help.

2. ZELLE:  Based on the agreed upon amount, use these credentials to submit the payment via Zelle:

3. CARD ON FILE:  As an alternative, we can process the payment/s on your behalf. You will need to complete and email us a Payment Authorization form and we'll process the amount for each service reservation request. Please click and download the form titled "CC Authorization" at the bottom of this page. 

 

All cleaning services offered are bound by our Service  Policy.
