Any Sub-contracted service guarantee is the obligation of the service provider that performed any specific job and is not enforced by our company.

Our primary function is to act as an online marketplace which is basically a communications platform for enabling the connection between individuals seeking to obtain domestic services and/or individuals seeking to provide domestic services. We may do some support work for service providers, such as taking calls, making appointments, and sending reminders for scheduled service. Elegant Empire is NOT a janitorial-services company within the meaning of the law. Elegant Empire, does not guarantee or warrant, and makes no representations regarding, the reliability, quality or suitability of any work completed by service providers. When interacting with service providers you should exercise caution and common sense to protect your personal safety and property, just as you would when interacting with other persons whom you don't know. By using the Service, you agree to hold Elegant Empire, its staff, agents, directors, and affiliates free from the responsibility for any liability or damage that might arise out of the transaction or service involved. NEITHER THE COMPANY NOR ITS AFFILIATES OR LICENSORS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT, WHETHER ONLINE OR OFFLINE, OF ANY USER OF THE SERVICE. The service I am requesting is for a domestic household or business. I understand that if I am simply gathering information for a competing business that I should submit a request for information through the Contact page. ‌

The contracting of, or reading of the domestic services on this website do not violate the community standards of my street, village, city, town, county, state, province, or country.

These Terms shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to its choice of law provisions. Any action you or any third party may bring to enforce these Terms, or in connection with any matters related to the Site, shall be brought only in either the state or Federal courts located in California, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts. The only level of verification we are liable for is to ensure that each service provider has a Business Tax Certificate from the city in which our main office is located. We will not be liable for any penalties imposed on a person or company for hiring a janitorial service provider not registered under the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement. Furthermore, all work performed for clients using our service are Sole Proprietors, not employers, employees, or contractors. As of 2018, Sole Proprietors are EXEMPT from this Law. Furthermore, Elegant Empire provides a software platform which allows you to connect with independent Service Professionals. Elegant Empire is not the employer of any Service Professional. You acknowledge that we do not supervise, direct, or control a Service Professional’s work or Professional Services performed in any manner. A Service Professional provides services to you as an independent contractor, and is not an LLC member, employee, joint venture, partner, agent, or franchisee of Elegant Empire for any purpose whatsoever.
