Whenever work is outsourced to Sub-contractor, the domestic services are the responsibility of third party that actually completes the services. Sub-contractors benefit from our unique system to process payments on behalf of clients to payees that acquired such third party services. Elegant Empire will take no responsibility or liability for any services provided to you by any third parties. Any Sub-contracted service guarantee is the obligation of the service provider that performed any specific job and is not enforced by our company.
Our primary function is to act as an online marketplace which is basically a communications platform for enabling the connection between individuals seeking to obtain domestic services and/or individuals seeking to provide domestic services. We may do some support work for service providers, such as taking calls, making appointments, and sending reminders for scheduled service.
Elegant Empire is NOT a janitorial-services company within the meaning of the law.
Elegant Empire, does not guarantee or warrant, and makes no representations regarding, the reliability, quality or suitability of any work completed by service providers. When interacting with service providers you should exercise caution and common sense to protect your personal safety and property, just as you would when interacting with other persons whom you don't know.
By using the Service, you agree to hold Elegant Empire, its staff, agents, directors, and affiliates free from the responsibility for any liability or damage that might arise out of the transaction or service involved. NEITHER THE COMPANY NOR ITS AFFILIATES OR LICENSORS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT, WHETHER ONLINE OR OFFLINE, OF ANY USER OF THE SERVICE. With regards to Sub-contracted work, Elegant Empire is PRIMARILY a third-party settlement organization, which is an organization that has the contractual obligation to carry out the settlement of payments to its participating payees (Service Providers) that have agreed to accept payment by having Elegant Empire, a third-party settlement organization, transfer funds paid for by clients for participating payee’s services, through its third-party network to the account of the participating payee.
That I am wholly liable for any false disclosures and responsible for any legal ramifications that may arise from making payments though and will release all liability form www.elegantempire.co, and Elegant Empire, its affiliates, directors, or shareholders so they cannot be held responsible for any legal ramifications that may arise as a result of such fraudulent entry into, or use of, this website and/or material contain herein.

You should make whatever investigation or other resources that you deem necessary or appropriate before purchasing any service providers promotional offers to determine if a service provider is qualified to perform the advertised service. Service providers are solely responsible for the care and quality of goods and services being provided.
These Terms shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to its choice of law provisions. Any action you or any third party may bring to enforce these Terms, or in connection with any matters related to the Site, shall be brought only in either the state or Federal courts located in California, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts. You also agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Site or the Terms must be filed within one (1) month after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. It is up to the hiring company or individual to check on the registration status of the service provider. The only level of verification we are liable for is to ensure that each service provider has a Business Tax Certificate from the city in which our main office is located. We will not be liable for any penalties imposed on a person or company for hiring a janitorial service provider not registered under the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement. Furthermore, all work performed for clients using our service are Sole Proprietors, not employers, employees, or contractors. As of 2018, Sole Proprietors are EXEMPT from this Law.
Furthermore, Elegant Empire provides a software platform which allows you to connect with independent Service Professionals. Elegant Empire is not the employer of any Service Professional. You acknowledge that we do not supervise, direct, or control a Service Professional’s work or Professional Services performed in any manner. A Service Professional provides services to you as an independent contractor, and is not an LLC member, employee, joint venture, partner, agent, or franchisee of Elegant Empire for any purpose whatsoever.
